INFINANZAS SOLUTIONS: Refund Terms
Our financial consulting company is committed to offering you a professional and personalized quality service that suits your needs and expectations. However, we understand that in some cases you may not be satisfied with the service we have provided or may change your mind about it. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to request a refund as long as you meet the following conditions:
You must request the refund within 30 days of contracting the service or before the service has been completed, whichever occurs first.
You must send an email to [email protected] indicating your name, contract number, reason for the request, and bank details for the refund.
No account from the report was removed within the mentioned timeframe.
Your credit score did not improve.
No response was received from the credit bureaus or creditors.
You did not apply for more credit during the established timeframe.
You were never a guarantor for any type of loan.
You may not request a refund if the service has been completed or if you have breached any of the obligations established in the service contract.
Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate it and send you a response within a maximum of 15 business days. If your request is accepted, we will refund 50% of the amount you paid for the service, deducting any administrative and banking fees incurred in the process. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you have provided.
