- Non-Refundable Services

Once services are initiated, work begins immediately, including but not limited to document preparation, strategic planning, credit bureau communications, and client support.
- Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
In rare circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered if:
- A refund request is made before any work or service has been initiated.
- A duplicate payment was made in error (subject to verification).

- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute through your financial institution without first contacting Infinanzas Solutions LLC may result in:
- Immediate termination of any ongoing services.
- Forfeiture of any pending refund eligibility.
- Legal action to recover any unpaid service fees, including collection costs and legal fees.
We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute.
- Client Responsibility
Clients understand that results from credit optimization, business structuring, and financing assistance depend on various external factors, including:
- Client participation and timely action.
- Credit bureau policies and updates.
- Financial institution or lender requirements.
Because outcomes cannot be guaranteed, dissatisfaction with results alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.
